aduno Redesign: WHAT’S NEW IN RELEASE 2.0?

This new version includes a comprehensive revision of the aduno portal in design and function.

ALL-AROUND NEW DESIGN
Version 2.0 features a new, clear design that is geared to your needs as a user.

Already on your dashboard you can see current key figures about the usage of your portal at a glance,
as well as shortcuts to all important functions.

The mobile display has been significantly improved, so that all functions of the portal can be operated comfortably via your mobile device. Even complex data tables are clearly displayed in the mobile view. Improved, more understandable display of dialogs and error messages as well as revised dashboard notifications round off the new design.

Data Tables
The number of attributes available in the portal for a topic is often so large that it can hardly be displayed completely on one screen.

Therefore, the options for individual configuration of the table view have been significantly expanded in the portal:
- Via “Configure filters” you can reduce the number of table rows (e.g. only B2B customers with a certain product, or only customers from one location).
- Via “Configure columns” you can reduce or extend the number of table columns, as well as change their order.

IMPROVED NAVIGATION
The redesigned navigation in the left menu bar is now complemented by a “breadcrumb” navigation (1) so that you can quickly reach the higher-level pages. Important core functions of each page are offered in a header bar (2).

For the mobile view, the main navigation is solved via a fold-out menu (3). The core functions rearrange themselves depending on the end device, so that problem-free operation is possible on all end devices.

MULTIPLE LANDING PAGE CONFIGURATION
Now you have the possibility to create multiple landing pages in the B2B Customer Portal. The different landing pages can be broadcast at different conditions and provided with parameters:
- You can use the timer function to set at what time which landing page should appear;
- The individual landing pages can be assigned to different SSIDs;
- You can create landing pages with one-click only, voucher only or one-click and voucher;
- New functions are available for redirection after activation.
Offer these premium features to your customers too!

Convenient broadcast schedule for setting time-based landing pages.

The created landing pages can be saved as a draft and applied as needed at specific times and/or for specific SSIDs.

MANAGEMENT OF SSIDS IN THE CUSTOMER PORTAL
SSIDs can be assigned to customers, devices and/or landing pages in the customer portal. If several landing pages have been created for a customer, these can be broadcast on different SSIDs on a time-controlled basis.

In addition, the portal offers the option of creating device groups in which several of the customer’s devices are grouped together and assigned to specific landing pages.

SSID Management
The admin portal has been extended to include comprehensive SSID management:
- SSIDs can be newly created in the portal
- The names for the SSIDs can be freely chosen
- SSIDs can be bound to clients or owners
- SSIDs can be renamed or deleted at any time

ENHANCED STATISTICS
The statistics area has been graphically reworked, the clarity has been increased.

Newly added is the tile “System”. There the values of all customers are added up, you can see the key figures of the usage of the whole system.
The logins are listed separately according to the use of Oneclick, Vouchers and Realm.

The values can be displayed for the current day, the last 7 or 30 days or for an individual period.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Until now, all your customers had the same features, defined by predefined products. With the new product management you now have the possibility to define products and their features yourself. You can then offer/assign the products you have created to your customers with a mouse click.

You can add the following features, among others, to the products you create for your customers:
- Delegation tool (voucher creation
- Creation of multiple landing pages
- Landing page configuration
- Landing page design
- Statistics
Within these properties, subgroups can be selected, e.g. whether your new product includes features such as
- Creation of a schedule for the appearance of landing pages
- Assignment of landing pages to SSIDs
- creation of landing pages with only one click, only voucher or both
should be available.

With this new product management, you can offer basic, advanced and premium products for your customers, for example. Offering multiple products gives you the opportunity for tiered pricing.
